Website Terms.

This site is owned by FG Photography di Francesca Maria Gregori; the site provides an online shop for buying images and objects. Images are divided into several sections and are subject to different terms:

Royalty free (RF): they may be used by you multiple times for multiple projects without incurring additional fees. Royalty free pricing is based solely on the file size of the image you need and the number of people entitled to use it (maximum 10), not the specific use. You don't have to pay any additional royalties on a use-by-use basis. However the rights granted are non-transferable and are personal to you. This means that if you license an RF product to be used in a derivative work by your client or any other person, they may not use the licensed product separately from the derivative work. Royalty-free licenses are always non-exclusive.
RF images are subject to the Royalty Free licence agreement.

Rights managed (RM):Rights-managed products are licensed on a use-by-use basis. The fee for using the product is calculated from several factors including size, placement, duration of use and geographic distribution. At the time you order a rights-managed product, you will be asked to submit information that will specify the usage rights to be granted. You can use our price calculator to determine an exact price. Exclusive rights are available for purchase on request; please contact us for more informations.
RM images are subject to the Rights managed licence agreement.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content featured or displayed on this site is owned by FG Photography.

All content of this site is subject to Italian Law and is protected by copyright, trade dress, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to the protection of intellecyual property. Any image displayed on this site may not be used under any circumstances without purchase of a licence to use that image or images from FG Photography. The images displayed on fgstockphoto.com remain the Copyright property of the photographer at all times, and in no circumstance is the transferral of Copyright to the licencee by FG Photography.

Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms, FG Photography reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your account and/or to block your use of the Site.

Any dispute relating in any way to your use of the Site or the FG Stockphoto Content shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of any court in Italy and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
